The National News Letter
devoted a half page, "In Memory of Robert Edwards," which
included a picture and obiturary. Bob was widely known and
respected as a sailor and friend by many sailors around the
country.
On a lighter note, Peter Machlup, our very own recent law
school graduate, advises that if you combine a lawyer and a
mobster, you come up with an offer that no one can
understand!
Yes, it is the silly season now, as sailors are stir crazy
and waiting for the remaining ice on Lake Erie to break up.
One of my colleagues gave the opinion that a bald head
should be viewed as a solar panel for a sex machine. Wes
Kroeze added that his pot belly should be considered the
fuel tank for the same machine.
Come on spring and sailing season!
